CD Disc
Capacity: up to 700 MB
Usage: Audio and data storage, video, games
Replication option is more cost effective the duplication process on larger runs, however it takes a lot longer. A Glass Master is created from your master CD and through a galvanics process, nickel Stampers are grown from the Glass. The Stamper is then loaded onto a replication line and CD copies are replicated by pressing the stamper into liquid polycarbonate that is injection molded to the shape of the CD. Once the discs are pressed, metalised, lacqured and UV cured, they will be printed directly to the surface of the silver discs. Unlike in the duplication process which uses digital printing, your design is then either Litho or screen printed directly onto the disc.
DVD5 Disc
Capacity: 4.7 GB (single sided, single layer)

DVD Check Discs
Only available for DVD9 (dual layer)
We will send you 5 proof copies for you check before the main run of what could be 1000’s of copies. This is available for your reassurance to make sure you are fully satisfied with the DVD disc quality.
Spindle
Your discs will come delivered on spindles of 100, 50 or 25 depending on the options chosen or bulk packed.
Clear Plastic Wallet
Our clear plastic wallets are a quality 120 Microns and have smooth edges.
Cardboard Wallet printed in colour
This is an easy, durable and eco-friendly way to pack a single CD/DVD. The printed cardboard fits the disc snuggly and protects from scratches and dirt, and will last as long as the duration of the disc itself.
Our wallets are made from a high quality white cardboard outer and gray cardboard inner. Your design is printed and machine varnished as standard.
Upgrade options include Glossy Lamination, Matt Lamination, and white/white cardboard.
Slimline Jewel
The Slimline Jewel case is approximately half the thickness of a standard case. It has a transparent front with solid black tray. A 2-sided card or 4-page booklet can be inserted in the front or you can just let the on body disc design shine through. Please note that the slimline jewel case cannot accommodate a rear tray card.
Clam Shell
The Clam Shell case allows you to package one standard size CD or DVD. The Clam Shell Case features a unique D shape or clam shell design and a friction fit hub to securely close the case. The design on the disc shows through the clear clam shell case.
Our clam shell case is very hard wearing and a great way of mailing discs without worrying about damages.
CD Jewel Black Tray
Transparent Jewel Case with black tray which can accommodate a double sided rear tray card, see CD Jewel Clear Tray. Primarily used for audio CDs, these cases have the capability to insert paper inlays in the front and back of the box.

Industry standard DVD packaging. Fixed place hub provides more protection for DVD. Clear acetate overlay that accommodates a colour DVD wrap and booklet insert clips inside the box.
Also available in clear format to accommodate a double sided DVD wrap.
We use robust cases which have a solid feel and look.
DVD Case Clear
Industry standard DVD packaging. Our clear DVD case comes with a fixed place hub which provides more protection for DVD. Clear acetate overlay that accommodates a colour DVD wrap and booklet insert clips inside the box. The clear DVD case accommodates a double sided DVD wrap as the design on the rear of the wrap is visible when the case is opened.
We use robust cases which have a solid feel and look.
Cello Wrap
Cellowrap is a thin layer of plastic wrapped over the case after the
disk and folded artwork has been inserted. This gives the same effect
that is usually seen on music CDs.
CD Rear Inlay
This is the piece of artwork, also known as a rear inlay, that sits underneath the CD tray with flaps on each side. This can be printed on both sides but remember for this to be seen you will need to choose the CD Jewel case with a clear tray.
Printing options are:
4/0 single side full colour,
4/4 double sided, full colour both sides.
DVD Wrap
This is the piece of artwork, that slips down the back of a DVD case and covers the front, back and spine. This is printed single sided using full colour (unless single colour is selected). If you require a double sided DVD wrap, please choose that option - remember for this to be seen you will need to choose the Single Clear DVD case.
Printing options are:
4/0 single side full colour,
4/1 double sided, full colour one side, single colour other side
4/4 double sided, full colour both sides.
CD Booklet
This is a single or several pieces or paper, folded in half and printed both sides to make what the industry rather grandly calls a booklet. Printed in full colour on both sides or full colour on one side, and single colour on the reverse.
Printing options are:
2PP for 2 pages
4PP for 4 pages
6PP for 6 pages
8PP for 8 pages
4/1 double sided, full colour on one side, and single colour on the reverse
